Next, on the user registration page, you need to provide the following personal details:

3. Middle name (Optional)
4. Gender
5. Country
6. Permanent address
7. City

9. PAN card number
10. Date of birth
11. Mobile number
12. Email ID
13. User name
14. Password
15. Password recovery options
